We’re looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Digital & Social Media Manager, with extensive experience in Facebook Ads, to join our fun, flexible and fast-paced team.

Our ideal candidate is always a step ahead of digital trends, has an analytical eye and is self-motivated to produce compelling content.

How you will make an impact

  • Manage and optimise paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns
  • Create compelling ad creatives and copy for effective and highly targeted paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns
  • Oversee, manage and analyse digital marketing activity for our clients in the building industry
  • Generate, edit and publish a rich social editorial calendar across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Review Google Analytics and social media insight tools to pull together reports and make recommendations accordingly
  • Manage lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp
  • Solid understanding of SEO, with the ability to perform keyword research and optimise copy and content for organic SEO success
  • Work within CMS such as WordPress to write and refresh web copy and images
  • Manage freelancers and agencies - ensuring deliverables are on-strategy and timely
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry bodies and influencers within the building industry
  • Proficient copywriter

The skill's you will bring

  • Experience creating Facebook and Instagram campaigns with a knack for producing fast and effective ads
  • A solid understanding of Facebook Business Manager, including Facebook Audiences and insight tools
  • Degree qualified in marketing, communications or related field
  • 3-5 years of client-side or agency experience
  • Analytical prowess and the ability to solve complex problems with innovative thinking
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A commitment to your own learning and development and the ability to work autonomously

Bonus points

  • Experience setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Graphic design skills
  • Experience in building and optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho and HubSpot
