Senior Content Writer (below)

We’re looking for a highly organised Senior Content Writer who’s a whiz with words, understands the digital landscape and delivers stand-out results to clients.

This dynamic and diverse role will take the lead on our content, from writing and editing short and long form copy like blogs and articles, to crafting website copy, brand copywriting and newsletters. Working closely with our designer and web developer, you’ll also oversee all content projects from start to finish.

You’ll be managing our kick-ass Content Writer and Social Media Producer while also supporting our awesome team of freelancers.

Responsibilities

As our new team member, you will have the skills to:

  • Write, edit and proofread a range of content in line with client’s brand guidelines
  • Ensure all copy is fact-checked and has a balance between consumer, commercial and SEO optimised content
  • Manage content production pipeline: Including copywriting, blogs, brand copywriting, graphic design, web development, and newsletters and any other formats you’d recommend to grow our clients’ businesses
  • Create and deliver innovative, multi-channel content plans
  • Liaise with management, clients, freelancers and content team to ensure all copy is accurate and in line with client’s marketing strategy
  • Gain insights out of research and data analysis to create interesting and compelling client campaigns that get results
  • Track and report on results for content against website traffic, social media metrics, newsletter rates and engagement levels
  • Lead, inspire and develop content team members to be the best they can be for both themselves, the team and the overall business
  •  

Required qualifications & experience

  • Degree qualified in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in copywriting, content or communications with a strong digital background
  • An expert in writing, grammar, punctuation and tone when creating content, social posts, email content, blogs and articles.
  • A strategic thinker, who is empathetic, instinctive and has a knack for developing junior writers
  • Exceptional organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Team player with a proactive approach and the ability to inspire teams in a collaborative environment
  • The ability to prioritise effectively with a high attention to detail

Social Media Producer

We’re on the hunt for a talented and energetic Social Media Producer who’s organised, creative and has a knack for producing compelling content.

You’ll have a passion for creating and delivering bang-on digital content and copywriting and be all over the management of multiple social media accounts. Every day will be different with your time split between creating, planning and proofing our client’s monthly social media content, ad hoc social media posts and various writing tasks.

You will live and breathe social media and ideally have 2 years + experience in a similar role.  You will love getting to know our clients, and you’ll anticipate their needs to make sure they’re super satisfied with what we’re doing. You will produce high quality work on time and stay ahead of social media trends to create and deliver new and exciting ideas to elevate our clients’ social presence.

Your stellar social media experience means you are confident in using all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn and YouTube. You will be super organised and obsessed with spelling and grammar, running your fine-tooth comb over each clients’ monthly social media content.

This role is varied and exciting and as such, requires a level of multitasking so you’ll need to be jump between tasks and clients when needed.

  • Schedule, manage and publish social content to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and YouTube using scheduling software like Hootsuite or Buffer
  • Monitor the performance of social media channels through monthly reporting and analysis
  • Copywriting for social media posts, newsletters and the occasional blog
  • Creative thinking and coming up with new, proactive social media ideas for clients

Required qualifications & experience

  • Degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • 2 years+ experience in a copywriting, social media or marketing role
  • Strong copywriting skills and pedantic with spelling and grammar
  • Highly organised and driven
  • Commitment to your own learning and development
  • Analytical prowess and the ability to solve problems with innovative thinking
  • Be interested in the full spectrum of the marketing mix
  • Experience using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer and Canva is desirable
