- You fill in our branding questionnaire . This is an essential step that allows us to understand your brand, what you want to achieve, and focus on your unique points of difference
- Our branding team will create and develop pillars to act as the foundation of your new brand direction
- Once these pillars are approved, next steps will depend on which services you are engaging in
- We run an internal workshop using our proven naming ideation process, and present a range of options for you to choose from
- Once you have chosen a name, we run basic checks on name availability, and then hand it over to you, to ensure all legal boxes are ticked.
- Our design team will create visual concepts and representations based on your brand pillars which will inform the visual direction of your new logo
- We will design a few logo options. This stage includes an allowance for two rounds of revisions
- Once we’ve nailed the logo, our design team can create a style guide to inform the use of your new logo in future branded materials.
- We can manage the roll out of your new logo across all requested collateral, including both digital and physical.
Using your brand pillars, our copywriting team creates your new brand copy – including a story, mission statement, tagline, and tone of voice guide. As with all stages, this includes an allowance for feedback and revisions.
Our copywriting and design team will work together to design a brand guidelines document for your business’ internal reference. If you have also engaged us for a new logo, this will be combined with your style guide.
Our website development process works best in tandem with our branding services. While we tailor each package to your requirements, here is a general outline of our process.
When it comes to social media, authenticity is key. In order to devise a strategy that feels genuinely you, we’ll undertake a process of getting to know you, your business, and your goals.
You fill in our social media questionnaire. This gives us the information required to tailor your marketing plan to your goals.
Once you’ve signed off your tailored marketing plan, you will fill in our logins checklist and grant us access to all of your content via Dropbox or Google Drive.
We will create posts using your imagery, write engaging captions, find relevant hashtags, emojis and locations. This allows us to schedule everything based on sound analytics of your data which ensures you get optimum results and a totally hands-off and worry-free experience.
It will take roughly two weeks to get your posts set up in our social media scheduling tool for your review. Once you have approved them, it’s time for us to start posting!
If you’re undertaking a variety of marketing services with us, we will update each one’s performance with a regular report containing key metrics and recommendations.
